Payments are due on or before the due date stated on invoice. There is a 10% late fee for all payments past 7 days of the due date marked on all invoices that are emailed directly to the email addresses provided by the client. You may also find your detailed invoice by logging into the online portal to access your invoice(s). Payments go by the following for the services being provided:
Monthly Flat Rate:
For the first month, the client is required to pay for the first month's care on or before the first day of service. Subsequently, the payment for the following month is due on the first working weekday of the month to be serviced. Additional charges may be applied if extra care services were rendered. Due to the discounted flat rate of this program there are no credits or refunds for individual walks not used. DGW requires 30 days notice to cancel Monthly Flat Rate Contracts. Three month minimum requirement. If you decide you want individual rates one month, you will be on individual rate for three months.
Individual Daily Walks:
Booking w less than 24 hours notice is a $10 fee. Services scheduled before 10am, after 5pm and/or on weekends there is an additional $10 service fee. Cancellations Less than 12 Hours (does not apply to Monthly Flat Rate) requires full payment of that day.
Holidays:
With enough notice and based on the availability of our staff, we can offer any of our services on holidays for an additional one time/per holiday service fee of $25 in addition to the regular price of the scheduled service. Please see our policies and guidelines to fully understand holiday service. The following are holidays -
New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Private Overnight Care and/or Pet Sitting:
For services with any type of overnight care or pet sitting, the full payment is required on or before the day service begins, any additional requests &/or services that occur after payment is made, will be billed immediately & due upon the client's arrival home.
