Chewy1/9/2014 We were very uncertain about what to do with our Chihuahua when we moved to VA. Previously friends and family stepped in to watch him. He is very shy and isn't very friendly towards new people so it's nerve racking to find a place where you feel he will be cared for properly and loved in all of his grouchy Chihuahua glory! Once you get through that part he is a love bug. We went to the local PetsMart and had a bad experience just talking to the people there and knew he couldn't go there. That's when I looked on Yelp and found this place! It had great reviews and I saw that they had experience with Chihuahuas!
It's nice to know my dog would be staying in a home(with lots of space and a big back yard) with experienced people who loved animals! So much better then a cage! I was very nervous when I dropped him off....ok I cried! Do you think he's spoiled???!!!
Beth helped me feel so much better because she took the time to send me photos, tell me how he was doing, and talk with me while he was staying with her. After the first photo I immediately felt at ease and thankful we made the decision to leave our dog here. I really appreciate that Beth takes the time to do this and it really shows that she cares about animals and her job. I feel comforted to know that my dog has a safe place to go the next time his "parents" are away!– Jessica
George Michael5/27/2014 Dog Gong Walking has been a tremendous help with our puppy! Scheduling has been very easy with their website and their staff is really helpful and caring towards all the pets!!! I highly recommend this dog care service for all your pet needs!

Tina7/12/2014 I have NEVER filled out a Yelp review before, but Beth and Stacey are incredible and Dog Gone Walking is so great that I had to write one for them! I adopted a beagle at the end of March and needed dog walking services and boarding services when I traveled for work. Stacey helped me set up the monthly dog walking services, was always able to accommodate all of my last-minute boarding requests, and helped with anything else I needed.
My dog was always happy with her walks and was always happy when she had to be boarded. There was never a time when I picked up my dog that she wasn't a little upset to be leaving Beth's house. Beth also texts pictures of your dog every day when you have them boarded, so you know your dog is always in good care. As for the walking, the couple times that I took a sick day and was home when the daily dog walker came, Tina was super excited to see them and was always happy with the way she was treated.
Their website is also great because you can schedule things yourself, make requests and add comments, and sign up to receive information about your dog's walks.– Ben
